===Road routes===

* From the '''Midlands''', '''South West''', '''North''' and '''North Wales''', use the M5 motorway junction 11 (access in all directions) or M5 junction 10 (northbound on, southbound off only)
* From '''London''', '''South East''' and '''South''' consider M4 junction 15 Swindon, and then the A419/A417 trunk road past Cirencester, as this is usually faster than going via M40 Oxford. However be aware of heavy congestion on the A417 after 4pm on Friday.
* From '''Cambridge''', '''East Anglia''' and the '''East Midlands''' consider the A46 trunk road from Coventry to Evesham. This has several a nice long empty stretches of dual carriageway, and recently improved single carriageway trunk sections around Stratford Upon Avon.
* From the '''Marches''' and '''South Wales''' consider the M50 as this has no tolls, rarely any congestion and there's a good dual carriageway A449 from Newport, Gwent. Using the A449/A40/M50 around Monmouth, Ross and Tewkesbury through to M5 Junction 8 will be much faster than taking the winding A40 or A46 road through the Forest of Dean and Gloucester. The M50 is usually a really nice put-your-foot-down empty motorway.
* From '''Oxford''' there's the A40. If it is heavily congested, the A44 to Evesham is an alternative route, as is the A424 from Burford to Stow on the Wold followed by the B4077 from Stow to Tewkesbury.

===Parking===

There is free unlimited on-street parking at the venue. Availability is not guaranteed and you may have to park in the next street if busy. There is a disabled parking spot a few metres from the venue on Baker Street but that is usually taken by a disabled resident.

: Very secure with ticket barrier, CCTV and security guards. This is the car park to use if you have any worries about the security of your car. Also there is a £25 "week pass" available from the manned enquiry desk.

: Car crime isn't a big problem in Cheltenham, but be aware that this car park is used as a pedestrian shortcut by drunk students.

* Note that the North Place and Portland Street open air car parks, may be subject to roadworks. They may or may not be open for the whole or part of the weekend. They are cheaper than the NCP, around the same price as the High Stret car park. Check the signage.
