== Notes ==

Sequel to the Hazel Grove. The new covenant has begun building and negotiations, but meet a formidable obstacle. A king of the giants has been wakened and now threatens Bridgenorth and the countryside our magi covet. Worse, as the calamity is magical and clearly from the past, the Sheriff of Bridgnorth, Lord Philip of Benthall and all the abbots are likely to blame the weird new visitors. There is talk of sending for a Bishop or Archbishop to cast devils out of the giant.
