In the year 2050 Earth died, the water wars of the 2030’s had gone nuclear in the Indian subcontinent, the oceans choked with plastic and vast eruptions of methane in the siberian tundra meant life would become untenable within the next century. A solution was called for, four vast arks each housing 500 thousand cold sleepers would be sent forth to nearby stars.
