• 5) Klyses ex Tytalus requested clarification on the status of Pripet Maior and its magi. An impromptu vote was held:
  • "Due to the extraordinary circumstances of Pripet Maior this Tribunal grants a temporary exception on the prohibition against scrying on Pripet Maior and the magi of the same, until the next tribunal or until a Magi of Pripet Maior presents themselves. This is for the purposes of learning the fate of the covenant and ways of aiding any survivors." Passed 19/6
• 6) Grischa Atanasiev Ex Bonisagus wanted to announce that a number of Tractatus are available for sale.
• 7) Aurorus ex Bonisagus and Suratani ex Bonisagus announce the discovery of two minor breakthroughs.

[edit] Tribunal Motions:

• Motion 1: Three Lakes votes that the Peripheral Code Amendment of 1249, regarding the Defence of the Forest should be clarified or replaced by the end of next Tribunal if it is not it should be struck from the list of amendments. - Failed
• Motion 2: Following the death of Yury Beslav his potential heirs have a disagreement over who should inherit his possessions. An agreement was reached to settle it by Certamen with Speculus ex Merinita and Gertuda ex Guernicus standing in for parties unable to participate themselves. It ended in a knock-down drag=out fight in which Pavel was eliminated, but it went on for so long (One party being a defensive specialist) that time was called and an amicable agreement was reached instead, dividing up the remains of the estate (for which the champions were rewarded, Speculus getting 3 pawns of Creo, Gertruda getting a magical faerie crossbow)
• Motion 3: Dijana ex Criamon: "This Tribunal agrees that every spell that exists in writing as a translated lab text within the Novgorod Tribunal (or book on the mastery there of) specifically for the destruction or foiling of demons, including but not limited to demons eternal oblivion must be made available as a copy, to copy or to study for a mage of the order for a token payment of a pawn of Vis or a season of service, that can be done without danger to the mage." - Passed
• Motion 4: By Gertuda ex Guernicus - “I will not intentionally assault, maim, or torture an apprentice, without any good cause, lest I weaken the future strength of the Order.” - Failed.
