Early arrivals meet & greet
This is entirely informal and optional. Only a small number of attendees are early arrivals. There are no reservations and the cost of food and drink is not included in your ticket. Please follow hashtag #gt13uk on Twitter in case we decide to move times or locations.
2pm onwards - Moka Coffee House, 14 Suffolk Parade GL50 2XE map
4:30pm onwards - O'Neills Pub & Grill, 23-26 Montpellier Walk, GL50 1SD map
Restaurant & pub
This is informal and optional, but most attendees do participate. The cost of food and drink is not included in your ticket. Budget around £15-20 per head for the restaurant including a drink.
A few weeks before the event, we will ask for numbers on the mailing list so we can reserve some tables at the restaurant. If you are not on the mailing list, please either join the mailing list or contact an organiser directly.
7pm - Happy Garden Chinese restaurant, 327 High Street, GL50 3HS map
9pm - Pub function room, to be confirmed.

Morning Slot
- 10am - Greetings & News From the Line Editor.
- 10.30 - 2.30pm The Freeform A Quiet Night In by Kirstie Sceats and Andrew Sceats. Everyone is cordially invited to participate in this event as always. Click on the link for more details on how to register for a role. This is the live-action highlight of the weekend. Suitable for all players, and an ideal ice-breaker for getting to know everyone at the convention.
Afternoon Slot
3pm to 5.30pm

Early evening
5.30pm to 6.30pm Break for evening meal & charity raffle. Please bring a packed lunch. The nearby supermarket & corner shop both sell sandwiches. There will be an opportunity to have take-away food delivered to the venue in the early evening; in 2012 this was £4 for small fish & chips - this is not included in your ticket.
Late evening
7pm to Close
