This is a special account used by the system administrators.
It's generally a bad idea to delete users entirely from a database - they might be linked to pages or to actions elsewhere in the database.
Therefore, any user accounts which are found to be spammers, are merged with this account AO-Spammer.
If your account has been merged by accident, please inform Andrew Oakley.
