Friday

Hugh dressed for a freeform

All welcome, even if you are not ticket holders to join us for the Social Friday night: come see what Grand Tribunal all about! Unlike last year we are meeting from 4pm at the Brewhouse pub at the Brewery, Cheltenham where we have both inside and outdoor seating and there will be a bar, soft drinks and a number of food options available for purchase. Opposite the Holiday Inn Hotel.

From 7pm we will be at Gas Green Community Centre our main venue where we will have a brief opening ceremony then play games, chat, and get to know each other.

Light refreshments (tea, coffee, orange squash and snacks) will be available free. Feel free to bring something to share!

These events are entirely optional, and timings are just a guide to the earliest time they might happen. Feel free to turn up fashionably late.

It is likely that games will be run on Friday evening, and if you have something you'd like to play just bring it along!

Follow hashtag #gt25uk on Twitter to check the latest updates.

To add a game to the programme please [- fill in this form.]

Friday Night Games

Friday night is traditionally pretty informal and some people will play boardgames, and others will play rpg sessions. Bring something to offer!

Saturday

2014 Freeform

9:00-22:00 - Gas Green Community Centre, see venue page for details. Please bring a packed lunch. Fish & chip supper can be delivered, optional. The nearby supermarket sells sandwiches - the corner shop now reopened and sells snacks, drinks and sandwiches.

Session A: 9.30am to 12 noon.

Session B: 1pm till 5pm.

We play games!

Session C: 5pm to 7pm Dinner & Raffle.

This is the convocation, the part where we come together. In the past it has featured chats with Ars Magica Line Editors, meet the Authors panels, much laughter and of course the Charity Raffle. If you can please bring something to donate or buy a few tickets to support good causes.

Session D: 7pm till close.

Sunday

9:00-16:00 - Gas Green Community Centre, see venue page for details. Sunday may involve re-runs of games that were booked solid on their first run on Saturday too. Please bring a packed lunch or visit local shops. In deference to our hosts no alcohol please in the venue.
