These are rough proposals for the 2014 programme. More detail will be added as the time approaches.

Friday

Early arrivals meet & greet

This is entirely informal and optional. Around one half of attendees are early arrivals. There are no reservations and the cost of food and drink is not included in your ticket. Please follow hashtag #gt14uk on Twitter in case we decide to move times or locations.

4pm onwards - O'Neills Pub & Grill, 23-26 Montpellier Walk, GL50 1SD map

Restaurant & pub

This is informal and optional, but most attendees do participate. The cost of food and drink is not included in your ticket. Budget around £15-20 per head for the restaurant including a drink.

Please fill in the survey ASAP so we have numbers to reserve some tables at the restaurant.

7pm - Happy Garden Chinese restaurant, 327 High Street, GL50 3HS map

9pm - Holiday Inn Express hotel bar, 33 Dunalley Street, GL50 4AP map

Please follow hashtag #gt14uk on Twitter to check the exact time that we leave the restaurant to head to the pub.

Saturday

10am-10pm - Gas Green Community Centre, see venue page for details. Please bring a packed lunch. Fish & chip supper can be delivered, optional.

Sunday

10am-5pm - Gas Green Community Centre, see venue page for details. Sunday may involve re-runs of games that were booked solid on their first run on Saturday too. Please bring a packed lunch. The nearby supermarket & corner shop both sell sandwiches.
