Early bird pricing
Our "Early Bird" pricing is available until Christmas 2012. And by "Christmas", we probably mean until we've finished eating all the left-overs. It's not like we're going to be taking this offer down on Christmas Day, is it? We may be role-playing games enthusiasts, but we're not that lonely. Probably.
£15 waged and £12 unwaged until Christmas 2012.
Extra incentives, if you sign up by 15th December 2012 (i.e. venue deposit deadline):
- First 3 - you'll also get a printed copy of an Ars Magica adventure specially written by CJ
- First 10 - you'll get the PDF
- First 15 - CJ promises to do a big game with scenery like Fornham
How to pay
You'll need to know CJ's email address: chrisjensenromer@hotmail.com
Click here to pay CJ using PayPal
You don't need to sign up for a Paypal account, you can just use Paypal to pay directly with a debit or credit card.
Please add a message to the transaction stating how many tickets you are paying for, and any special offers you are claiming (Early Bird, Grog Deal etc). Ideally we also want the attendee's names, but tickets are transferable so don't worry too much about that.
Your emailed receipt from PayPal is your ticket and your proof of purchase. It's possible that we might check these on the day, so keep hold of it (showing us the email on your smartphone is perfectly acceptable, Lord knows we don't need more waste paper at GT).
If you're in the Cheltenham area, you can also pay AndrewO or CJ in cash, in person, but for God's sake make sure they give you a written receipt on the spot, or it'll end in an argument.
Buy 3 get 4 grog deal
We want you to bring your whole gang - everyone you regularly game with. Plus, save some petrol money and pollution by bringing a full car. So, if you buy 3 tickets, you will get the 4th free.
Contact CJ to take up this offer.
Other incentives
If we reach 20 sign ups by January 31st, we will offer a second freeform on the Sunday morning, and keep the venue open till 5pm Sunday.
If we reach 30 sign ups before June 30th, every delegate will get a GTUK souvenir guide.
If we reach 40 sign ups by August 1st, we promise something extraordinary - and the venue will be close to capacity.
