This website/wiki should automatically reformat for mobile browsers, such as Android, iPhone and other smartphones, providing you don't log in - if you log in, you'll get whatever "skin" you have set in your preferences page, typically the default.

You can stay logged in on other computers, though. So use your laptop/desktop for editing, and your phone for browsing.

If you have a large-screen mobile device, such as a tablet, and the mobile skin is appearing when you don't want it, then log in and you will get your preferred/default skin.
