An Online Ars Magica Weekend
During Grand Tribunal 2020 CJ announced his plans for an online weekend of gaming in November. This will be occurring on the dates stated if we have interest. Unfortunately since that time CJ has suffered the loss of his mother and a pretty rough couple of months, so we are only now able to confirm the event will occur as planned.

Hello, and thank you for your interest in Image from The Wizard Torn!
I am delighted to say the Ars Magica online convention will be occurring from November 13th to 15th 2020 as planned. We have loads of interest, and we can manage hopefully to find enough games. If you intend to play but to run a game or event please just read what follows and add me to your address book so you get my next update on how to sign up for games. :) Do feel free to write with questions, suggestions or advice.
If you would like to offer a game, PLEASE READ THE INFO BELOW and then email me with your game description, number of players, platform you are running on (Discord, Zoom, etc) and any Virtual Table Top software you are using.
PLEASE NOTE THE USAL ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICIES APPLY TO ONLINE GAMES AS MUCH AS GRAND TRIBUNAL GAMES. If you are made uncomfortable, please message CJ or another mod at any time. The current proposed schedule is (ALL TIMES ARE GMT) as follows
FRIDAY 13th November
7PM to 8.30PM GMT ZOOM SOCIAL AND INTRODUCTIONS
Come along, make friends, talk about Ars Magica. You will just click on a link join us but do get a microphone and if you wish - it is optional - a camera ready.
9.30PM to 10.30PM GMT DISCORD SOCIAL AND INTRODUCTIONS
For those who don't get on with Zoom, the IFTWT Discord Server will be the place to meet and chat. Discord is fairly easy to use and I will be sending out details. :)
There will hopefully also be a program of pre-recorded videos, and interviews with other Ars Magica fans. The plan is to prerecord some of these on Zoom, then upload them to YouTube where they can be watched later. I am hoping to arrange live Zoom interviews with David Chart, Timothy Ferguson and Justin Alexander as well.
SATURDAY 14th NOVEMBER
The day will be divided in to four sessions. If you are going to offer a game please let me know which slots suit you best. I have done my best to ensure all relevant time zones are covered to some extents, so everyone can make at least one session.
SESSION 1: 10AM to 2PM GMT
SESSION 2: 2.30PM to 6.30PM
SESSION 3: 7PM to 11PM - THIS SESSION WILL SEE A RUN OF PUCK'S DELL, and online version of the Ars Magica Freeform for up to 25 players on ZOOM. We encourage you to participate - it will doubtless be a bit chaotic, but it is a game of negotiation and intrigue, magic and high adventure - and best of all it is not set at a Tribunal Meeting!
SESSION 4: 11.30PM through till 3.30AM Sunday morning
SUNDAY 15th NOVEMBER
This will be the same but with three sessions (and the one that started the previous night!)
SESSION 1: 10AM to 2PM GMT
SESSION 2: 2.30PM to 6.30PM
SESSION 3: 7PM to 11PM
