16:00 Early arrivals meet & greet

This is entirely informal and optional. Around one half of attendees are early arrivals. There are no reservations and the cost of food and drink is not included in your ticket. Please follow hashtag #gt15uk on Twitter to find out who's arrived, or in case we decide to move locations.

15:00 onwards - CJ will be at the Holiday Inn Express bar

16:00 onwards - Harry Cook Free House, 23-26 Montpellier Walk, GL50 1SD map This is the same place that *was* O Neill's where we met in previous years. Food is available, and drink too, though I am not sure about the prices so have a look on the website.

19:00 Restaurant & Bar

This is informal and optional, but most attendees do participate. The cost of food and drink is not included in your ticket. Budget around £15-20 per head for the restaurant including a drink.

20:00 - Happy Garden Chinese restaurant, 327 High Street, GL50 3HS map

• Followed by card games, boardgames and socializing in the bar of the

22:00 - Holiday Inn Express, 33 Dunalley Street, GL50 4AP map

10:00-22:00 - Gas Green Community Centre, see venue page for details. Please bring a packed lunch. Fish & chip supper can be delivered, optional. The nearby supermarket & corner shop both sell sandwiches.
