Geography and Structure:
Secluded, amid the woods at the edge of the Royal Forest of Wychwood. The covenant itself is a mix of stone and wooden buildings. There is a small village, including a church, immediately adjacent to the covenant. The manor itself is held by a (inactive) covenant member.
