ReCo base 10: Eliminate the Penalties of Fatigue and Wounds (+1 Concentration), Range Touch (+1) Item Maintains Concentration (+5 lvs) only usable once per day. Note that as per the spell, if the users Fatigue becomes full they instantly pass out, the spell ends and any excess fatigue is taken as wounds.
